Once your child has started with us you will be sent an invitation to join Class Dojo which is our free communication app.

We will send important information via:

In person – call into the school office if you wish to speak with a member of staff

Miss Hodgkinson (Headteacher) and Mrs Fisher (SENCO) are available on the playground before and after school.

Parent Pay

We use an online e-payment system called ParentPay which allows you to pay online for dinners, trips, snacks, link club fees, etc.

You will be given an activation letter once your child has started with us.

Reporting Absence

If your child is absent from school or nursery for any reason, please phone school on 01925 633606 or send a Class Dojo message to the school office every day of their absence before 9am and let us know the reason for absence.

Holidays in Term Time

Under government regulations, schools are no longer allowed to authorise leave of absence during term time for family holidays. We are only able to authorise leave in special or exceptional circumstances.

Where a child has 5 days or more unauthorised absences in an academic year, this may result in a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) being issued.
